Seller
will take every effort to guarantee that every puppy is to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious
or communicable diseases at time of adoption.
Because we cannot control the exposure of the puppy after leaving
us. We ask that you have your new puppy examined by a licensed vet with in 72 hrs. of recieving your puppy. If you choose
NOT to do this, this guarantee is VOID. If there is a problem the breeders veterinarian will interpret the report and if he
agrees, a replacement puppy will be given of same sex and breed as original purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Seller warrants
the health of the puppy for the first twelve (12) months of life against genetic hereditary life threatening illnesses (heart,
liver, kidney failure). The seller must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the
veterinarian stating the type of condition/illness that the puppy is exhibiting. If the puppy is proved to have a genetic
defect. The puppy will then be returned with all registration papers, Immunization records and ect. to the breeder, at the
expense of the purchaser. Should death occur, all expenses are at the buyers expense for proof of genetic illnesses.
All vet and shipping charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances
be paid by the seller. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred,spayed,neutered, or euthanized with out
the sellers permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparible bloodlines. It
is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact Parent of the original puppy.
There are
certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange,
and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Puppies are extremely susceptible to infections
due to cool drafts. Another susceptibility of puppies and small dogs is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar, which can be brought
on by a number of reasons such as not eating properly or frequently enough, playing to hard, the stress of being moved to
a new home or just being handled to much. Puppies can also go threw high stress during moves to there new homes, changes in
diet as well as to much handleing by the new owners and can bring on parasites that can be dormant such as, but limited to,
worms and ear mites. Every preventative effort has been made by Seller (wormings, shots and ear cleanings) to guard against
these types of problems, but buyer should be aware of them possibly occuring. THESE CONDITIONS ARE ALL TREATABLE AND DO NOT
WARRANT AN EXCHANGE IN PUPPY.
Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until
the puppy has had all it's vaccinations ( as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. It can
only be your responsibility to follow up on your puppies vaccinations.
Take great care to protect your puppy from
getting lost, stolen, or from anger or abuse. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AGAINST NEGLIGENCE...OR ACCIDENTAL INJURY....
